So Daddy opened it. Inside was a new coffee maker! Now this is no ordinary coffee maker. Daddy's sister had one at her house when we were there in January and I loved it! It is a Keurig Gourmet single cup personal brewer.
It's really a neat system. There are over 200 varieties of coffee, tea, and hot chocolates to choose from for this system. There is no filter or grounds to deal with. For each cup, you choose a "K-cup" (in the picture they are the little creamer looking cups at the bottom beside the coffee maker), pop it in it's compartment, fill the water compartment up to the fill line, close it all up and push brew. Within 3 minutes, you have a fresh cup of coffee.With the maker, we got 2 variety packs and a whole box of Nantucket Blend. It's really easy. The coffee is good. There's no mess. And it's kinda fun. I was so excited when we got it, but wasn't able to use it until Monday, due to our schedule. But I love it!
I did some checking on their website and I think you can purchase the K-cups at Target. Target just might not have all 200 choices. We will have to check it out. Too fun!
