Thanksgiving part home

We played lots of games together.

We went to Weber Grill for Thanksgiving dinner.

We did do some Black Friday shopping.  Some of it was midnight online shopping.
While at Kohl's we found Woody. Poor guy.

One of the games we played was Bunco.  Notice who was playing.  I guess we hadn't played it in awhile.

Thanksgiving part away

Daddy wasn't able to get off work the week of Thanksgiving.  So we drove to NY the week before Thanksgiving.

We stopped at KK on the way there and on the way home.  YUM

On the way home, Tyler followed us home on "his way" to PCC to visit Bethany.  While he was in FL, C's little friend KJ that moved away spent the night.  Then Ty spent the night again on his way back home.  Then Alyssa came to spend a few nights with us.  Nana and Papa spent one night with us when they dropped her off.  We have been a regular bed and breakfast since we got home.  "We'll leave the light on for ya."

Misc.

Some visitors in my garden.

Uncle J's "costume" for work

Not sure……...

Put a request on Facebook for more canning jars.
One friend gave me 36!  Another 6.  I have plenty now!

Kids Choir under new management.

Got to spend a few hours with this cutie.  Who is getting so big!

Our first snowfall of the year (can you see it?) This was November 12. It's gonna be a long winter.

And this is how my son goes out to play in said "snow"

Was looking for something in K's room.  Found a purse with these items in it.
Which one does not belong?  Made me laugh.  She was always a squirrel.

11 years old

When C turned 10 he kept reminding me that he was double digits.  That didn't bother me too much.  For some reason 11 is bothering me a little more.  10 is still kiddish.  11 is way to close to a teenager. He's just looking way to grown up.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BOY!

Fall Soccer

C played fall soccer this year.  It wasn't a good year--for many reasons.  But we did meet a new family. Their kids now attend our AWANA.  The one boy has the same name--C and is homeschool.  Kinda funny.

Since Daddy was assistant coach, he wasn't available to take many pictures.  I didn't do so swell at taking pictures.  For a few reasons: I'm not that good and I'd always forget.  But here are two; I can't find any more.  Mother-of-the-year award.

At an end of the year pizza party, I looked over to see C at a table full of girls (yes even the one in white is a girl).  I thought it was kinda funny.  Even sharing a chair with one of them.
